Carne picada<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>500g. Le a\u00f1adimos los ajos, lo salteamos y ya podemos sofre\u00edr la carne sin dejar de remover. Despu\u00e9s le a\u00f1adimos un poco de vino rancio hasta que se evapore. Ponemos el tomate y dejamos que se cueza poco a poco rectificando de sal y pimienta con una pizca de or\u00e9gano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Cuando el sofrito \u00e9ste casi listo, se hierven los Macarrones en agua abundante, con sal y un poco de aceite durante unos 12 minutos y se escurren. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>En la misma olla con los Macarrones escurridos, le a\u00f1adimos el sofrito, un poco de agua de la cocci\u00f3n y un par de cucharadas de queso parmesano.
