Spaghetti “a la Carbonara”

400g. Spaghetti

200g. Bacon

200g. Cooking cream

100g. Parmesan cheese

2 Parmesan cheese




Spaghettis are cooked during 12 minutes, drained and put in the same saucepan again.

Bacon is cut and fried in a pan with olive oil until it is crunchy. If we want to add an onion, it has to be chopped and cooked just before bacon has been cooked in the same pan.

2 egg yolks are added in the saucepan where there are the Spaghettis. We add as well the bacon, the cooking cream, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Finally, everything is mixed and served immediately. .
